Je werkt met gevarieerde doelgroepen en hebt interessante doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie.<\/p>\n<p>De vacature vraagt om een MBO of HBO diploma Verpleegkunde en geldige BIG-registratie. Creativiteit, daadkracht en ervaring met zowel somatische als psychiatrische zorg zijn hier zeer welkom.<\/p>\n<h2>Werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden<\/h2>\n<p>Als MPU verpleegkundige verzorg je pati\u00ebnten met psychiatrische \u00e9n somatische problemen. Jouw dag bestaat uit zorg verlenen, samenwerking in het multidisciplinaire team en accuraat verslagleggen voor optimale zorg.<\/p>\n<p>Je werkt wisselende diensten (dag, avond, nacht), zodat het werk nooit saai wordt. Daarnaast neem je deel aan innovatieve projecten en lever je een grote bijdrage aan het behandelproces van complexe pati\u00ebnten.<\/p>\n<p>Ook denk je mee over nieuwe zorgconcepten. Je ondersteunt pati\u00ebnten niet alleen op lichamelijk vlak, maar ook psychisch. Dit vraagt soms extra veerkracht en creativiteit.<\/p>\n<p>Dagbehandeling, klinische zorg en deelname aan overlegmomenten horen bij je takenpakket.
